Each member of our team is more than just a role or a responsibility — they are a testimony of God's faithfulness. We believe that no one is here by accident. Every individual was prayerfully considered and divinely appointed. Through seasons of seeking, waiting, and listening, God led us to one another, uniting us with a shared purpose and a heart to serve. Together, we stand not by our own strength, but by the calling and grace of the One who brought us together.

We believe leadership is not about a title it’s about a towel. That’s why our leaders serve first, love well, and lead with integrity. They’ve been equipped to model Christ, who didn’t come to be served, but to serve. This is the foundation of who we are and how we lead
